BadgeForge is designed as an offline-first personal progress app. This policy describes how the app handles data when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
BadgeForge does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information on our servers. Badge templates, progress, awards, and evidence are stored locally on your device by default.
2. Evidence and Photos
If you attach photo evidence, BadgeForge uses access only for the evidence workflow you initiate. Evidence remains part of your local app data unless you explicitly export or share it through iOS.
3. iCloud and Sync
If iCloud-backed features are enabled, Apple services may be used to keep app data available across your devices. iCloud behavior is governed by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
4. Analytics
We may use Apple's App Store Connect analytics and crash reporting in aggregated form to understand reliability and usage. This information is not used to identify individual users.
5. Third-Party Advertising
BadgeForge does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.
